No parties or loud gatherings are allowed, and violations may result in fines issued by building management, which will be passed to the responsible guest. The main guest’s name must be provided in advance and this person must be the first to check in at the front desk. If someone else needs to check in, a $53 update fee will be required at the front desk. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, and a $300 fine will apply if any evidence of smoking is found. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you need a late check-out, please contact us with 24 hours’ notice; please note that this will generate an additional cost. Lost apartment keys or fobs will require a replacement fee. Please avoid loud noises, especially during nighttime, as this is a residential building. Please remember to turn off the air conditioning when leaving the unit to help us maintain an energy-efficient and comfortable environment.
