There are some trees around the pool, which can cause leaves to fall into the water, but the pool is clean and ready for use. Parking is available for up to 2 compact vehicles. A maximum of 4 dogs are allowed for a fee of $60 for each small dog and $100 for each large dog. All dogs must be declared in advance and must be house-trained and non-aggressive. A crate is required if left alone indoors, and a leash is required when outside. Please bring your pet’s bedding, and clean up after your pets both indoors and outdoors. Centrally located and just minutes from major attractions, dining, shopping, and entertainment, this home makes it easy to explore the area. Downtown Melbourne is about 5 minutes away and offers boutique shops, local dining options, and lively entertainment. Melbourne Beach is about 15 minutes away. The Eau Gallie Arts District (EGAD) is about 10 minutes away. Andretti Thrill Park is about 10 minutes away. The Florida Tech Botanical Garden is about 5 minutes away. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, quiet hours are observed from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties or loud noise are permitted. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in an automatic complaint. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Lock all doors when leaving the property. Windows do not open—please do not attempt to force them. Do not move furniture. If necessary, return everything to its original position before check-out. Our homes are treated regularly for pests, but insects and wildlife are common in Florida. Keep doors closed to minimize their presence. A security camera is installed outside near the entrance for everyone’s safety. It does not record inside the home and complies with privacy policies. Please don’t unplug or tamper with it during your stay. The property may be subject to annual inspections by the city, bank, or insurance company. If this occurs during a reservation and the guest is not present, the property manager will access the home to attend the inspection. Max occupancy: 14 guests, all listed in pre-arrival form.
