A pet is welcome with a written notification and approval, and is subject to a fee and up to $150. Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood with wide sidewalks ideal for running and walking, this home is 5 minutes to Downtown Largo for shops, cafés, and nightlife, 15 minutes to Sand Key Park and St. Pete-Clearwater Airport, and 20 minutes to Clearwater Beach and Ruth Eckerd Hall. The property is 19 km from John's Pass and Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk, 24 km from Chihuly Collection, 25 km from Tropicana Field and St. Pete Pier, and 7 km from St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport. The property is right on a busy street and can be noisy at times. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 9am, and guests are asked to respect the neighbors. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
