A designated workspace offers a quiet and comfortable desk set-up ideal for remote work or study. Pets are not allowed to ensure the home remains allergy-friendly. Guests must be 25 years or older to rent the property. The thermostat should be set between 66-85 degrees for optimal comfort. Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 8 AM. Parking on grass or lawns is strictly prohibited. Use only unmarked or non-reserved parking areas. Smoking violations or evidence of indoor smoke smell will result in a minimum $250 remediation fee. In case of a pet policy violation, a fee of $100 per pet per stay (or per month for stays longer than 28 days) applies. Unattended pets, including service animals, will incur pet fees. Post-visit pest control or damage may result in additional charges. Disabling or tampering with Wi-Fi or security devices will result in immediate eviction without refund. These insects typically enter through open doors or windows, so we kindly ask that you keep them closed to help prevent their visit. We are committed to providing a clean and comfortable environment, and while sightings are rare, refunds cannot be provided for the presence of known local pests.
