The temperature of swimming pools varies and depends on the day and night temperatures, length of day, and finally wind. Therefore, there is no guarantee for a certain pool temperature. The pool heater temperature will be set to a maximum 82F in winter which is November 1 to March 31. From April 1 through October 31 the pool heater is off. Additionally, the heater is a heat pump and will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 60 degrees. Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM. Minimum rental age of 25. For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival. Nightly rate based on standard occupancy rate, additional occupancy fees may apply. Hourly rates may apply for early check-in or late check-out. Breed restrictions apply due to insurer's policy. The following breeds are prohibited: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Bull Mastiffs, Presa Canarios, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Pit Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Siberian Huskies, Wolf Dog hybrids, Belgian Malinois, American bully, Alsatian, mixed breeds linked to any of the breeds described in this schedule, and any trained attack or fighting dog.
