Property Id: 2837954 I am renting out the spare rooms of my 3 Bedroom 2 bath house in Largo. $700 / month total including all utilities and fees. Full transparency, it is plenty livable but not luxury. For example, some of the carpet is old and stained, and some of the flooring I installed myself and didn't do quite perfectly. You can certainly come see it with your own eyes before I ask for any money. Location is great though, 20 minutes from Downtown St Petersburg and Tampa airport, 25 minutes from Downtown Tampa, Clearwater Beach, St Pete Beach, and other beaches in between. Just search "Cowboys Dancehall" in your map and my house is right across the street from there. I’m a 27 yr old male and I am living in the Master Bedroom, and I own the house. There are 2 rooms for rent, this listing is 8'8" by 10" (Not very big). (The other room is a little bit bigger at 10'6" by 10'6"). They share a bathroom. Both have a light on the celing and can have a celing fan installed. You have your own bedroom and full access to the kitchen, living room, all associated furniture, and in-unit washer and dryer. There is a fooseball table and TV in the living room as well. I don’t have any animals of my own but I love pets so yours are absolutely welcome as long as they are friendly and treated for fleas. I am open to short-term leases, and I can set up a basic mattress in your room. I am going to request a background check. I have a degree in engineering and work remotely from home in that field, so I am not really a professional land lord or property manager. I moved to the area from New Jersey about 4 years ago. I am involved in several social and sports groups, and watersports like wakeboarding. I am a strong Bible-believing Christian who has been saved by grace through faith. I attend Church every sunday and serve monthly, and I spend time in scripture everyday.
