This house is ready to welcome you home with its knotty pine interior and natural light with large windows. It also has a large walk-out deck with water views. If you are looking for a relaxing, quiet community to call home; we are ready to welcome you! The home is unfurnished. Monthly rent includes water, garbage, sewer, parking, and lawn mowing. The renter pays for electricity, cable/internet. Small pets welcome (under35 pounds, additional pet fee of $240 and other restrictions apply). No smoking inside the home. No storage/parking available for trailers/campers/etc. 12-month lease required. Bert's REQUIRES first month's rent, last month's rent, and security deposit (total of $3300 + pet fee, if applicable) to be paid before moving in.
