We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a non-refundable fee of $400 for the first pet, and $200 additional for the second pet. Monthly pet rent is $25 per pet and there is a combined weight limit of 100 lbs. Breed restrictions do apply, please visit the office for more information.
