Plus, travel is a breeze with close by transportation and proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to welcome a house-trained dog (please specify breed and weight). A pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150 security deposit. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property. The maximum number of guests is 14 at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to (2) cars may park in the driveway in front of the garage (Garage is off limits). Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle, if you need an additional parking spot there's a section in the community called Lava Tree Dr where you can find extra parking spots for overflow parking. During the day, you can park in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.
