This villa features 9 spacious bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 2 living areas, a game room, and a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy 2 indoor dining areas and an outdoor oasis. The villa also includes a free washer and dryer. Pool and spa heating can be added to your reservation for $35 per day of stay. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. A pet fee is applied for one house-trained dog, subject to up to $150 security deposit. The Solara Resort Grand Clubhouse features an expansive water complex with a wave simulator, splash pad, and ice-cream parlor. The resort includes a basketball court, volleyball court, tennis court, and a full-size soccer field. A large fitness center is available at the clubhouse. Nearby attractions include Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and various golf courses and shopping outlets. Self check-in and check-out are available. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. It is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. There is a Ring camera by the front door for safety and privacy. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. No smoking, drugs, or parties are allowed on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Up to 2 cars may park side-by-side in the driveway. The home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and pursue fines if guests violate any rules. A laptop computer is not included.
