The main living area offers comfortable seating, and a separate game room provides additional entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home and opens into dedicated dining areas indoors and outdoors. Step outside to enjoy the private pool and hot tub, with optional pool heat available seasonally. The patio includes space to lounge or dine outdoors, along with a BBQ grill. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans help keep the home comfortable year-round. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. Located within the Windsor at Westside resort community, this home offers easy access to area attractions. It's within convenient driving distance of Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, dining, and shopping. The property is just a couple minutes' walking distance to the clubhouse. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Late checkouts not approved in writing will be fined up to $250. Failure to take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure can result in fines up to $300. [SI]
