Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Guests are required to provide a list of first and last names of all guests ages 18 and older, and the individual who booked the reservation must be present to show their ID when checking in with the security guard at the community entrance. The home is not baby-proofed. No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes.
