This is a self-catering home, with initial supplies provided for each bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap), laundry room (enough detergent pods for up to two loads), and kitchen (a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge). Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available, but coffee is not. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The internal balcony is not intended for climbing, sitting, or leaning over, and children must be supervised at all times in this area. Management and ownership are not responsible for accidents or injuries resulting from misuse of the balcony or failure to supervise minors.
