Entertainment includes a dedicated game room with a pool table, consoles, and additional games, as well as TVs throughout the home. Central air conditioning keeps the interior comfortable year-round. Enjoy a private pool and hot tub with patio seating, and a BBQ grill for outdoor meals. Beach essentials are provided for day trips. The garage has been converted into a game room, so indoor parking is not available. The community is located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4. Please note that in sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests. Grills are propane grills, and propane is usually provided by the guests; a propane tank is available to be filled up and used during the stay. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed (2) per reservation. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather, we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. For 1-night reservations, guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, we provide enough detergent pods for up to two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided.
