The large kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and there are spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas. The private pool and outdoor pool loungers provide a perfect spot for relaxation. Guests also have free access to the community water park and amenity center or clubhouse. Parking can accommodate up to 2 vehicles in the driveway parked side by side. The garage has been converted into a game room, so indoor parking is not available. An ultimate family resort near Disney and other world-class attractions, Windsor at Westside is an amazing and sought-after community. The property is just a couple of minutes walking distance to the clubhouse. Including all the amenities that make resort-living superb, Windsor at Westside Resort includes a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ and picnic area, and a huge clubhouse with arcades, bar and lounge, and more. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. During inclement weather, it is not advised to use the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, enough detergent pods for up to two loads are provided. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are available. There is a coffee maker, however, coffee is not provided. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. Cameras are outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 23 guests at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Number of vehicles on property should never exceed 2 per reservation. Up to 2 cars may park in the driveway. Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM. No fireworks or firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community. During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to community amenities.
