With 2 large living areas, a game room featuring an air hockey table, basketball, and bean bag toss game, and a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, you'll have everything you need for a memorable stay. Enjoy indoor and outdoor dining areas, a private pool, and free access to the community water park and clubhouse amenities. Pool and spa heating can be added to your reservation for $35 per day with a week's notice. We welcome one house-trained dog under 50 lbs with a pet fee and a $150 security deposit. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Parking accommodates up to two vehicles in the driveway, and propane for the grill is usually provided by guests. Nestled in the ultimate family resort near Disney and other world-class attractions, Windsor at Westside offers first-class amenities just a short walk from the clubhouse. The resort features a huge pool, lazy river, water slides, splash pool, hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ and picnic area, and a clubhouse with arcades and a bar. Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, the property is just ten miles from Disney World and other famous Orlando attractions. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The property is self-catering, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. There is a no-smoking and no-drugs policy inside or outside the home. We can accommodate a maximum of 18 guests, and the reservation holder must be at least 21 years old. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Please respect the neighborhood by keeping noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Fireworks and firearms are not allowed on the property, and guests must follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Feel safe and right at home in this gated community. The garage has been converted into a game room, so indoor parking is not available. Enjoy self check-in and check-out for your convenience.
