Central air conditioning and central heating help keep the home comfortable year-round, and essentials such as bed linens, towels, extra pillows, and blankets are provided. A free washer and free dryer allow you to refresh clothing during longer stays. Enjoy the private outdoor pool and hot tub. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you for $35 per day of stay. A pet fee and $150 security deposit is required to bring up to one house-trained dog (less than 50 lbs). Set within the Windsor at Westside community, you have access to a range of resort amenities. The clubhouse includes a kids arcade, children’s activity areas, a full gym, and various outdoor recreation spaces, along with a zero-entry resort-style pool, kids' water playground, children's water slides, a lazy river, and sports courts. The location places you within a short drive of Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, and the shopping and dining options along the surrounding roads. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10 am, you may incur a fee of up to $300. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
