This is a self-catering home, with initial supplies provided including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, hand soap, laundry detergent pods for up to two loads, a paper towel roll, trash bags, dishwashing detergent, a sponge, a coffee maker, salt/pepper, and cooking oil; coffee is not included. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Late check-outs not approved in writing will be fined up to $250. The maximum occupancy is 21 guests, and the guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and stay at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing.
