As you step into the property, you're welcomed by a spacious open-plan living and dining area, perfect for shared meals, spirited board games, or lounging after a long day of Disney fun. The richly adorned corridors feature two exquisite master suites, three charming queen bedrooms, and two jubilant twin rooms, each arrayed in plush beds and cozy linens for restful nights. The kitchen is a modern marvel, fully equipped with all essential appliances to whip up gourmet meals with ease. For outdoor entertainment, plunge into the sun-kissed private pool and spa, encased within a spacious lanai for privacy. For indoor amusement, the game room boasts an impressive collection of entertainment options, including air hockey, darts, and a TV area perfect for movie nights. Pool heat is available during the cooler months for $40 per night. Parking is available for a maximum of 6 vehicles at $20 per vehicle, paid at the clubhouse during check-in. Four small vehicles will fit in the driveway. Pets are welcome and must remain on a leash at all times in all spaces outside the home. Dog stations are located throughout the resort. Food and water bowls, a small bed, and dog towels are provided. Besides its close proximity to Disney theme parks, Kissimmee boasts a colorful array of dining options. From the coastal delights of Cape May Cafe, the charming brunch spread at Ovation Bistro & Bar, to the bustling local bars, foodies are in for a treat. Conveniently located grocery stores and a nearby laundromat assist with your daily needs. The property adheres to a stringent 'House Manual' and rules, ensuring your stay is comfortable and hassle-free. A seamless self-check-in system using a smart lock ensures smooth, contactless entry. Maximum occupancy is 15 guests. Once you check in, you have 24 hours to inspect the property and notify the maintenance or cleaning crew of any concerns. If additional maintenance calls are necessary, there will be a minimum service call fee of $50. Pool depth ranges from 3 ft to 5 ft, and no diving is allowed. The pool technician services the pool every Monday. Please do not attempt to adjust pool pump equipment. Any unapproved late checkout time will incur a $20 fee per 10 minutes past. Ceiling fans and lights are controlled by remote, and you will be charged for the replacement of the whole ceiling fan if the remote is misplaced. Garbage is picked up daily, and all trash must be in a bag before placing directly in the bin. Additional bagged trash can be placed next to the bin if full and will be picked up. Recycling cans are put on the roadside on Wednesday nights. If you have trash or recycling that does not fit in the bins, please take it to the trash compactor at the end of Hidden Grove Rd. near the entrance gates. Housekeeping will use the washer and dryer for house linens. Please start the washer on hot with towels and sheets so the cleaning crew will have ample time to prepare the home. Double-check that you have all your personal belongings before leaving. Pets must remain on a leash at all times in all spaces outside the home. Dog stations are located throughout the resort.
