Feel at home in this luxury villa located in Reunion Resort. This spacious villa features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. This villa offers 2 large living areas, a balcony, a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas, a private pool, free washer and dryer, and outdoor pool loungers. Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the driveway parked side by side. Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community. Out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 11 guests at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. If you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10:00 AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. [SI]
