The house has carpet only on the stairway and offers a king-size bed and four twin-size beds for your stay. Free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with no street parking allowed. The townhome comes with central linens and towels provided, a fully equipped kitchen, in-house washer and dryer, iron, hair dryer, and free cable and internet. Starter supplies include a roll of paper towel, dish sponge, dish detergent, trash bags, a new toilet paper roll in each bathroom, soap, shampoo, and conditioner in all full bathrooms. As the house is self-catering, guests are encouraged to visit the nearest supermarket for additional items needed for their stay. Pool heat is available for $50.00 per day and must be purchased for the entire length of the stay, requested at least 7 days prior to check-in. Emerald Island Resort is conveniently located 10 minutes from Walt Disney World and 25 minutes from Universal Studios. Guests can enjoy the resort's facilities, including a clubhouse sauna, fitness center, games arcade, internet cafe, free Wi-Fi around the pool areas, Tiki-bar, two heated community pools and spas, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts, and kiddie play areas. The home is non-smoking and absolutely no pets are allowed. Violation of this policy will incur a minimum charge of $400.00. There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. As per Florida law, no open food can be left in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, and all food items will be removed after check-out. Excessive required cleaning is charged at $100.00.
