The living area is perfect for family gatherings and relaxation. Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the parking lot, and parking passes will be provided by the gate security guard upon entry into the community. Reunion is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides, and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment. Universal Studios is 20 miles away, SeaWorld is 15 miles away, and Magic Kingdom is just 8 miles away. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The townhouse is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The home is not baby-proofed, and only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
