Guests may also arrange tee times at the Palmer, Nicklaus, or Watson golf courses directly through Reunion, with reservations and fees being the responsibility of the guest. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property, and any violation of the smoking policy will result in termination of the reservation without refund, and/or monetary fines. Pets are not allowed. Events are not allowed. This home is not baby-proofed. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to 2 cars may park in the driveway. Parking passes will be provided by the gate security guard upon entry into the community. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes be removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind.
