Out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment! Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 08:00. Please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts. There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For 1-night reservations, guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes.
