If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, the cost for this amenity is $50 per day of stay. Located in Reunion, this villa is within a fun-filled luxury gated community. Disney is 4 miles away, Universal is 14 miles away and SeaWorld is 12 miles away. Out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to welcome one house-trained dog, and a pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10 AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
