This villa features 3 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a large living area. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, and there are spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas. Enjoy the convenience of a free washer and dryer, and step out to the back patio for access to the community pool. Parking can accommodate up to 2 vehicles, with parking passes provided by the gate security guard upon entry into the community. Reunion is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, just outside the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides, and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment. A car is recommended to explore Orlando and Kissimmee attractions, with major highways like I-4 providing quick access to Disney, Universal Studios, and Orlando International Airport. Self check-in and check-out are available for your convenience. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The home is not baby-proofed, and only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
