Located just 20 miles from Universal, 15 miles from SeaWorld, and 8 miles from Magic Kingdom, this villa offers convenience and comfort. This villa features 5 spacious themed bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, ensuring ample space for relaxation. Enjoy the large living area, free washer and dryer, and a private pool with an option to add heat. The game room comes equipped with a pool table, arcade, and games, while the large kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances. Both indoor and outdoor dining areas are spacious, and the villa is located in the Reunion Resort, complete with outdoor pool loungers. Guests have the option to add pool and spa heating to their reservation for $35 per day, with a week's notice required. Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the driveway parked side by side. We welcome furry friends with a written notification and approval, allowing one house-trained dog with a pet fee and a security deposit up to $150. Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many residents are full-time, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts. While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, just outside the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides, and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment. Self check-in and check-out are available. The villa is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The villa is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 13 guests at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. The home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, keeping excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. A remote work-friendly environment is provided, but a laptop computer is not included.
