The condo features a full kitchen, washer and dryer, dining table, TVs, and Wi-Fi. The full kitchen provides space to cook and connect, with stainless steel appliances and a dining table suited for shared meals. A washer and dryer are available for added convenience. Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the home comfortable year-round. Guests have access to a community pool, gym, and free parking on the premises. Reunion offers a balance of quiet surroundings and proximity to attractions. Disney is approximately 6 miles away, with SeaWorld and Universal Studios within an easy drive. Outside the community gates, you will find a wide range of dining options, water parks, airboat rides, and local attractions that make Central Florida such a popular destination. The resort is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Up to two cars may park near the building on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking passes will be provided by the gate security guard upon entry into the community. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
