There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A maximum of 10 guests can be accommodated at any given time. The home is not baby-proofed. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park near the building on a first-come, first-served basis. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes.
