Designed for groups and families, this condo features a large living area, an adjacent gaming area, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining table, a washer and dryer, air conditioning, ceiling fans, TVs, Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace. Guests have access to community amenities including a pool, gym, and free parking on the premises, with space for up to two vehicles. Parking passes will be provided by the gate security guard upon entry into the community. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes.
