There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150 security deposit for one house-trained dog, with written notification from the guest and approval by the host required. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
