Enjoy the covered balcony that overlooks the golf course, as well as the convenience of a free washer and dryer. Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the parking lot. A pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150. Located in the fun-filled luxury gated community of Reunion, you'll feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Universal is 20 miles away, SeaWorld is 15 miles away, and Magic Kingdom is 8 miles away. Out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides, and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment. Please drive the 25 mph speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts. Check-out time is 10 am. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. Only one house-trained dog is allowed, and a written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the place clean for you and the next guests!
