Looking for a luxurious retreat where every moment is a celebration of comfort and style? Behold this stunning condo, elegantly poised overlooking Reunion Golf Course! This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit boasts extra living space, spacious baths, tons of natural light, and is fully furnished. Enjoy furnished balconies, stainless appliances, and storage for golf clubs. It has it all! This condo features three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large living area. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, and there's a free washer and dryer for your convenience. The covered balcony offers a picturesque view of the golf course, making it a perfect spot to relax. Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the parking lot. We welcome furry friends with a written notification and host approval. One house-trained dog is allowed with a pet fee and a security deposit of up to $150. Reunion is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full-time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides, and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment! Universal Studios is 20 miles away, SeaWorld is 15 miles away, and Magic Kingdom is just 8 miles away. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. The home is not baby-proofed, and we can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests at any given time. No smoking or drugs are allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by keeping excessive noise to a minimum during the night and early morning hours. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise unless agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability through the messaging app.
