This villa features three spacious bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, providing ample space for relaxation. The living room is perfect for cozy family gatherings, equipped with a flat-screen TV and comfortable couches. The large kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, ideal for preparing a big breakfast before a day of adventure in Orlando. Enjoy dining indoors or outdoors, with a spacious patio that includes a grill and loungers. Access to community amenities such as an outdoor pool, fitness center, volleyball, and tennis courts is also available. A $30 cleaning fee is charged for grill use to ensure it remains in top condition for all guests. Access to the community's swimming pool and gym is available for a fee of $100 plus taxes per group per day. We welcome one house-trained dog under 50 lbs with a pet fee. Parking is available with one designated space in front of the home and additional spaces in a community parking lot on a first-come, first-served basis. This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. Smoking and drugs are strictly prohibited on the property, and a propane tank is provided for the grill, though it may not be full upon arrival. Please respect the neighborhood by minimizing noise outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM. Violation of house rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines. The villa does not include a dedicated home office set-up, but Wi-Fi is available to keep you connected during your stay.
