Feel at home in this well-equipped house, just 15 minutes from all the Disney parks and a few miles from restaurants, markets, and fun areas in Kissimmee and Orlando. This home features an open floor plan kitchen that is fully equipped, a dining room for eight, a living room with large couches, and a game room and pool area. All TVs are smart TVs, and there are TVs in every bedroom. Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay. Pool and spa heating is available for a fee of $40 per day, with a 2-day minimum. A small 18-inch charcoal grill is provided upon request. This house fits two cars in the driveway, and overflow parking is about 250 feet down the same road. There is the option to park up to two cars inside the garage. Only small pets under 40 pounds are allowed for a $150 pet fee for each animal. Only legal service dogs are exempt with proper documents to waive the fee. Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged.
