The large kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and the home features a cinema, pool, and spa with an option to add heating. Enjoy the convenience of a free washer and dryer during your stay. For an additional $50 per day, you can add pool and spa heating to your reservation. We welcome one house-trained dog with prior written notification and approval, subject to a pet fee and a refundable security deposit. Parking accommodates up to two vehicles in the parking lot. Nestled in the fun-filled luxury gated community of Reunion, this villa offers a unique blend of tranquility and excitement. Enjoy a stroll around the many golf courses or explore the nearby attractions, including a variety of restaurants, alligator farms, airboat rides, and water parks. A car is recommended for exploring Orlando’s attractions, with easy access to Disney, Universal, and Orlando International Airport via nearby I-4. On-site parking is available in the driveway and garage. This villa is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Please note that the villa is not baby-proofed, and no third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM, and excessive noise should be minimized during this time. No smoking, drugs, fireworks, or firearms are allowed on the property. Violations of these rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines. A remote work-friendly environment is provided, but a laptop computer is not included.
