The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for family meals, and the home offers arcade games for friendly competition. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and attached bathroom, while three queen bedrooms are located on the second floor. Bunk beds on the third floor provide additional sleeping space for guests. Enjoy access to resort amenities, including multiple pools and a fitness center, with additional activities like tennis and mini-golf available for purchase. Our pool heat fee is $45 per day. Please request pool heat before your arrival with a minimum of 2 days' notice. The grill is available for a one-time fee rental which includes one propane tank. Dining options range from casual bites to fine dining experiences, and the community features several resort pools and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. Only guests 25 years or older are allowed unless accompanied by a responsible adult. No parties or events are permitted, and only registered guests can stay overnight. Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing. Charcoal grills are a fire hazard and are strictly prohibited on the property. Only propane grills are allowed. Discovery of usage of a charcoal grill may lead to a financial fine of up to $500 and eviction from the home. The pool and spa heating system relies on heat exchange technology and may not function optimally in extremely cold weather conditions. Allow at least 24 hours for the pool to reach your desired temperature. While the use of the pool and spa itself is complimentary, activating the heating system will incur an additional fee of $45 per night, with a minimum three-night charge. This fee will be charged separately and is not included in your initial booking. The temperature of the spillover spa can fluctuate between 80°F and 100°F depending on outdoor conditions. The pool heating system is equipped with a safety mechanism that automatically shuts off the pump in extreme cold weather to prevent damage, which may result in temporary interruptions to the heating service.
