Visitors must be accompanied by the Guest at all times. The Guest is responsible and liable for the actions of all Visitors. Children of all ages are welcome. Guests are responsible for the actions of all minors. Packages will not be accepted and no mail deliveries can be sent to the address. Guests are not permitted to carry firearms or weapons on the Property. In the case of an emergency, call 911 immediately. Guests are solely responsible for any items left behind. Guests are considered licensees of the Owner, not tenants. This agreement does not constitute a lease or residential tenancy agreement. Guests agree to not use the property for any unlawful or illegal purposes. Guests are prohibited from driving nails, screws, or other items into any portion of the apartment. The property is designated for vacation purposes only. Guests acknowledge that the Company or other lawful authority may remove Guests or any visitors without notice for various reasons.
