There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor, and a further 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms on the second floor. An open loft area provides additional seating for enjoying movies or games with the family. The large upstairs master includes a double vanity and a huge shower. The property includes a solar pool spa heating control system for efficiency. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and a breakfast bar, making it convenient for dining. The living area features a custom wood-wall with under lighting, and the lanai provides a shaded area for dining and relaxing. Arcade games and a pool table in the garage guarantee extra fun for all. There is a fee of $40 per day for pool heating with a 2-day minimum, and it is recommended to inform us at least 48 hours prior to check-in.
