Downstairs, you will find two bedrooms with king-size beds, one with a full bathroom and the other with a bathroom right outside the door. Upstairs, there are six more bedrooms, including four with king-size beds, one with two double beds, one with a bunk bed (two twin beds), and one with two twin beds. The villa is equipped with linens and towels at the start of your stay, though washcloths are not provided. Pool heating is available for a fee of $40 per day with a two-day minimum. A small 18-inch charcoal grill is provided at no cost upon request, but must be requested prior to or on the day of arrival before 5 pm. If you need a propane gas grill or other vacation gear, arrangements can be made for an extra cost. The villa has a driveway that can accommodate 3 to 4 cars, with overflow parking available 200 feet from the house. Only small pets under 40 pounds are allowed with a $150 pet fee for each animal. Legal service dogs are exempt with proper documentation, but any damages or extra cleaning caused by pets will be charged. The guest will have the entire house to themselves. The villa features only a pool, as the spa feature is not available for this unit.
