Guests also have access to a shared community pool and gym. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through a third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. It is a self-catering home, therefore, supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, enough detergent pods are provided for up to two loads. In the kitchen, there is a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use.
