It's just 2 minutes away from Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park. The grill cleaning fee is $30. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
