Creatively decorated with touches of everyone's favorite Mouse, it includes a private hot tub, two onsite pools, a playground, and a lake that's perfect for early morning walks. Find some of the hidden Mickeys that have been pixie dusted throughout the home. There's lots to do for the entire family. This townhome features 3 spacious themed bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a cozy living area. Enjoy the convenience of a free washer and dryer, a private pool hot tub, and a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The spacious outdoor areas are perfect for relaxation, and guests have free access to the community amenity center and clubhouse, including a fitness center. If you would like to add the hot tub to your reservation, the cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. Ideally located, the townhome is just 5 miles from Disney World, 15 miles from Universal, and 15 miles from Sea World. Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to 2 vehicles in the parking area in front of the property. Self check-in and check-out are conveniently offered. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. The home is not baby-proofed, and only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. Up to 2 cars may park in the parking area in front of the property, and spaces are not assigned, first come, first serve. Please be extra careful with parking rules as you might risk getting towed. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. A laptop computer is not included.
