The large full kitchen includes the essentials needed to prepare meals, with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Central air conditioning and central heating help maintain a comfortable indoor environment. Guests also have access to bed linens, towels, and room-darkening shades. Enjoy access to the gym in the resort and a private outdoor pool that is heated and open year-round. If you would like to add pool heating, the cost is $35 per day of stay. This home is also pet-friendly. Bella Vida Resort provides a peaceful, gated setting surrounded by greenery. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed 4 per reservation. Up to 2 cars may park in the driveway, and another 2 may park inside the garage. Street parking is prohibited. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
