For your convenience, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and bathroom essentials are provided. Enjoy access to a private heated pool that is open 24/7 year-round and resort gym access. If you would like to add pool heating, the cost is $35 per day. A pack-n-play or travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome. Set within the gated Bella Vida Resort, this home is surrounded by greenery and a lake with a walking trail. You're only minutes from Orlando’s top attractions, including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. Parking can accommodate up to 2 vehicles in the driveway parked side by side, and up to 2 vehicles in the garage. Street parking is prohibited. A maximum of 4 vehicles is allowed per reservation and only standard passenger vehicles are permitted; commercial vehicles of any kind are not allowed, including trucks, box trucks, trailers, RVs, motorcycles, or vehicles with attachments. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
