Located within Solara Resort, this home is well-positioned for visiting Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, nearby golf courses, outlet shopping, and Orlando International Airport, making it a convenient base for both theme park days and relaxed resort time. Solara Resort is a new gated resort community at the center of all of Orlando’s exciting attractions! There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 12. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Up to 2 cars may park in the driveway, and 1 car may park on the street in front of the home. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
