The bedrooms include two king-size beds, three queen beds, a full bunk bed, and a twin bunk bed plus a twin bed, accommodating up to 15 guests comfortably. Additional amenities include a free washer and dryer and an indoor tiki bar. Pool and spa heating is available for $35 per day with a week's notice required. We welcome one house-trained dog with prior approval and a pet fee, subject to a security deposit. Parking accommodates up to two vehicles in the driveway, with additional overflow parking available nearby. Located within the Solara Resort, the neighborhood offers an expansive water complex, a wave simulator, a splash pad, and an ice-cream parlor. The home is not baby-proofed, and no third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation may stay overnight. No smoking, drugs, fireworks, or firearms are allowed on the property. Please respect the neighborhood by minimizing noise outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM. Report any damages immediately, and follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Violations of these rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines.
