This 8-bedroom, 6-bathroom home offers ample space and is located just minutes from Disney. This home features two spacious living areas with Smart TVs and high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, and an in-unit washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. Enjoy the private pool and outdoor patio for al fresco dining and relaxation. Enjoy access to resort amenities including a lazy river, water slides, a hot tub, volleyball and basketball courts, and a clubhouse with arcades and a bar. Free on-site parking is available, along with additional street parking. An EV charger is also provided. Pool and spa heating can be added for an additional $35 per day with at least a week's notice. Located near State Road 192, US 27, and I-4, this home offers easy access to Disney World, Animal Kingdom, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, dining, entertainment, and a nearby supermarket. The gated community provides a peaceful environment while keeping you close to all the attractions. Check-out is at 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home; supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, one roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. Laundry detergent pods for up to two loads, one paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are provided. Coffee maker is available, but coffee is not. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available. Report any missing items immediately upon check-in. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests can choose between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100). Pets are welcome with prior written notification and host approval for up to one house-trained dog under 50 lbs, with a pet fee and a $150 security deposit. Please keep the temperature at or above 70°F to prevent the A/C unit from freezing, or a fine of up to $500 may be incurred. Propane for the grill is usually provided by guests; a propane tank is available in the house to be refilled. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. A maximum of 12 guests are allowed at any given time. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks or firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines for violations of house rules.
