The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay. Situated in the desirable Windsor at Westside community of Kissimmee, this home is close to everything. Disney World is just a 20- to 25-minute drive, SeaWorld about 30 minutes away, and Universal Studios roughly 35 minutes from the door. The property is just a couple minutes walking distance to the clubhouse. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. The home can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Number of vehicles on property should never exceed (2) per reservation. Up to (2) cars may park in the driveway. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to welcome furry friends. Up to one house-trained dog (less than 50 lbs) is allowed with a pet fee and $150 security deposit. It's important to note that any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned, picked up and disposed of properly. Please keep the temperature at or above 70°F. If set lower, the A/C unit will freeze and give up, and you may incur a fine of up to $500. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Check-out time is 10AM.
