If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you for $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. Nestled in the desirable Windsor at Westside community of Kissimmee, this home is a short drive from Disney World (20-25 minutes), SeaWorld (30 minutes), and Universal Studios (35 minutes). The location balances easy park access with a peaceful residential feel. The property is just a couple of minutes walking distance to the clubhouse. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly, and after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. Check-out time is 10 am. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to welcome up to one house-trained dog (less than 50 lbs), and a pet fee is required. It's important to note that any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned, picked up, and disposed of properly. Please keep the temperature at or above 70°F. If set lower, our A/C unit will freeze and give up, and you may incur a fine of up to $500. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Number of vehicles on property should never exceed two per reservation. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes, and violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle.
