Pool and spa heating is available for $35 per day for the entirety of the stay, and must be requested at least one week prior to check-in. Nestled in Reunion Resort, this home is within easy reach of the area’s famed theme parks, golf courses, and shopping venues. Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community. Out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides, and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 14. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to (2) cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and keep excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle.
