Located in Reunion Resort, a fun-filled luxury gated community, you'll feel right at home enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, just out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides, and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum occupancy is 11 guests at any given time. This home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on the property, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway. Do not park on the grass or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. Wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. Respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. Firearms are prohibited on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Check-out time is 10 AM. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
