The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to one car may park in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. Please wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. Firearms are not allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property.
