Unlike other hosts with complex checkout rules, this apartment makes it simple: no need to strip the beds or do the dishes. Just pack up and go, leaving the chores to us. The living room features a queen sofa bed for additional guests, a 50” smart TV for your entertainment needs, and a cozy, inviting atmosphere to unwind after your adventures. The master bedroom boasts a plush king-size bed with linens provided, a 43” smart TV, a ceiling fan, and a walk-in closet with plenty of storage room, hangers, an iron, and an ironing board. The bathroom offers a relaxing bathtub and complimentary toiletries. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher, and more, along with a full set of cookware and utensils. A dining table with four chairs is also provided. For your convenience, there is an in-unit washer and dryer. Complimentary parking is available for up to three cars. An EV charger is available for electric vehicles, subject to availability and a fee applies when used. A Pack'n Play crib is provided with a crib sheet and blanket. Luggage drop-off is available after 12:30 PM with prior notification. Nearby attractions include Disney Parks, just 10 minutes away, and Universal Studios, about 20 minutes away. The local area features vibrant shops, restaurants, bars, and recreational spots, all very close to the property, with many within walking distance. Pets are welcome, but some breed restrictions apply. Standard check-in time is at 4 PM, but early check-ins can be arranged when possible. This is a smoke-free community. A short drive to Disney and Universal, the location is so close you can hear Magic Kingdom fireworks at night.
