Universal is 20 miles away, SeaWorld is 15 miles away, and Magic Kingdom is 8 miles away. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 12.
