Guests must go through a security check at the entrance gate and register at the clubhouse before proceeding to the property. The house is set up for 5 guests, and if there are more than 5 guests, the charge will be $20 per night per guest up to 8 guests. The house does not allow more than 8 guests. Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited in or near the property, with a minimum fine of $500 for violations. Pets are not permitted, and if discovered, there is an automatic charge of $450 for cleaning, and guests will be asked to leave the home, forfeiting their stay and any payments made. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
