Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited in or near the property, with a minimum fine of $500 for violations. Pets are not permitted, and if discovered, there is an automatic charge of $450 for cleaning, and guests will be asked to leave the home, forfeiting their stay and any payments made.
