This villa offers 2 large living areas, a balcony, a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas. Enjoy the private pool with the option to add heat, and relax on the outdoor pool loungers. The garage has been converted into a game room with air hockey, a foosball table, and other games. There is also a billiard lounge. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate the set-up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. Located in Reunion Resort, a fun-filled luxury gated community, you can enjoy a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Just outside the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides, and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Up to 2 cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage.
