Last Month Rent Free Incentive

- Last Month Rent Free Incentive – Terms and Conditions: This incentive applies only to the initial 13-month lease term and is not applicable to lease renewals. To qualify for the Last Month Rent Free benefit, the tenant must meet all of the following conditions: 1. No Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) payments during the lease term. No late rent payments throughout the lease term. 2. No lease violations recorded during the lease term. 3. Tenant must provide written notice to vacate in accordance with the lease terms, and Tenant must schedule a move-out walkthrough at least 30 days before the move-out date. 4. Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in forfeiture of the Last Month Rent Free incentive.
